3 Real-Life Nutrition Wins From Women I’ve Worked With

Here are three recent client wins that show what’s possible when you let go of food rules and start tuning into your body.


1. “I stopped snacking mindlessly at 4pm.”

This client used to hit the wall after work and find herself in the pantry without even realising. We didn’t ban snacks, we just worked on eating more during the day and adding protein at breakfast and at lunch. Now she has more stable energy and doesn’t feel out of control in the evenings.


2. “I have more energy in the mornings, without extra coffee.”

One small tweak to breakfast (adding a protein packed smoothie instead of just toast) helped this client feel fuller and more focused through the morning. She’s still a coffee lover, but no longer needs three cups to get through the day.
