The process
My approach is based on the importance of making small, incremental changes for long-lasting results. That's why we will work together over a few months, identifying goals and focusing on a few manageable changes at a time. We start by working on your nutrition, focusing on wholefoods, protein, and micronutrients, which are essential for a healthy and balanced diet. Then move on to developing an exercise routine, improving sleep hygiene, and managing stress levels.​​
